Nothing quite compares to the feeling you get when you realize that you have stepped over the threshold to a new beginning. My passion for real estate is derived from recreating this same feeling for my clients, in other words, “finding them their perfect home”. As I think back, I suppose my casual and easy-going interaction with people, started at a young age. Watching both my parents work jobs based in customer service allowed me to build “people” skills and connect with a variety of individuals. What I thought was an interest in helping people search for a new house, quickly became a realization that I could be the difference between people simply buying a house, or someone finding the home they have been longing for. My professional journey started in 2005, but I really developed my “friendship” based approach with clients when I joined the team at Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty. In my opinion, shopping for a home is similar to shopping for the perfect wedding dress. No one can tell you when it’s the right one, you just know. It’s that feeling in your gut that says “This feels like home!” This is where I come in and work diligently to make dreams a reality. It also happens to be my favourite part of being a Realtor®. When my clients convey they love a certain property or house, I know that I have the ability to bring them great happiness. I am very family oriented and I love having a home where my family feels safe and comfortable. Let’s be honest, what’s not to love about a career where you get to make dreams come true?
